      - Tasks are generally easy and does not require a lot of planning - Other people are nice - Ambitious and passionate customer service and developers

      Cons

      - Employees are replaceable, even the ones who worked for 3 years in the company - Disconnect between employees of the company - Leadership create roadmaps without consulting development team - Leadership only talks to few employees - - Always chases hype technology. Technical decisions are made by non-technical people - Preach company culture, but no transformation or action - Toxic positivity - Leadership lacks appreciation for work done
