Pros
i360 employees create great relationships from the top to the bottom. Many of us have worked together for many, many years and not only have great working relationships, but also great friendships. We know each others' families and have watched our children grow up through the years.
Cons
Being primarily remote and working through teams video calls, we do not get to be personally in front of one another like we used to. It is nice that the vidoe calls somewhat take the place of being there.
