Pros

The building is beautiful. It has many amenities including a gym and a decent food court. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. My co-workers were also friendly. I also learned some interesting facts about students loans, how they work, as well as navigate them. It was an educational experience.

Cons

The job itself is so unrewarding. This is the issue that is often common of a telecommunications job. Even though we weren't collectors, we were still treated as such. It gets draining and old very fast.
