- Engineering team is a top notch, one of the best I worked with. - Great multicultural environment.

- Unable to break even because of lack of features. - Legacy code preventing any serious progress in adding features.

i2x has the perfect mix of engineers and business people. We have great partnerships and real customers with tons of text and audio data with our ASR and NLP tasks. We have a labeling team in place to do custom labeling for new ML tasks. We also have resources and the freedom to use the newest models, but also the vision to know when to use classic models. Finally, the work-life balance is really good (somewhat flexible working hours, team events, on-site barista).

General of a startup problems. Organizational aspects of work are sometimes a bit loose. Significant resources and data, but not "Google / Facebook" level data / resources.
