I applied for job in CG many times, but every time some or other problem will come, either interview cancelled or hr will not reply to me. But when I applied through i2nexus, I got selected for a contract to hire job in i2Nexus in first time, salary was paid on time. Very less deduction was there in my salary, only PF & PT they deducted
Cons
initially they given time as 9 month for contract conversion but it took 11 month to get converted to Capgemini payroll. Also hike was less, i2nexus hr told I will get 25% hike at time of conversion but CG given only 18% to me. You have to completed at least 6 month contract at i2nexus
