      Pros

      The only positive was remote work flexibility, which made work-life balance a bit easier.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional and irritating HR team. Two-month notice period is unnecessarily long. HR creates a toxic environment and does not handle exit formalities properly. Relieving letters and PF updates are delayed or ignored, causing stress to employees.

      Friendly CEO or Director. I don't think anything else is here as an advantage.

      Cons

      Toxic Management, Toxic HRs, Full Favoritism, High Nepotism, High work pressure, Unprofessional behaviour of HRs and manager, No prior requirements about projects, Daily modifications in on-going projects without any static requirements. No Subscriptions to any tools, we just have to use from our own accounts for completing the tasks.

      - Worst Management - Terrible Hr Attitude - Team Leader doesnt care about system design or architecture he just want to complete the tasks - No growth in terms of both pay and knowledge - CEO unaware of Team leader and managers technical knowledge or just ignore the facts
