      1. Very friendly environment 2. Your views and decision will be appreciated 3. You can share your concern with management team

      1. Technology now outdated so developer are looking for change from the development growth point of view. 2. Some IT experienced manager and technical architect should be hired in order to improve productivity. 3. Move on automation build process. (Hire consultancy to make proper flow and methodology)

      It is a pure Gujarati company. Specially Junior HRs and some other employees, almost 80% company does not welcome Non-Gujaratis
