Pros

All pros got banished after how they treated me

Cons

On the teamfit interview I stated I have ADHD. Also privately disclosed to our agile coach that possibly having autism too, diagnosis in progress. Also told her in writing that please tell me asap when any problem arises, that I can change my behavior asap if needed. Our PM had the right to let you come 1 hour later or 1 go home 1 hour earlier, which was requested and approved few times under my 1.5 month "career" here. Also on paper you have to come to office 2 days a week, and full HO is approved only above 1hr+ traveling. My traveling was ~55 mins and I clearly stated beforehand that I don't work well in the office (louder rage sometimes), so maybe we could work something out. Tried multiple channels for working that out. Over the 1.5 month they (the smaller team) smiled in my face and everything was "okay-ish", the project was "okay-ish", happy workplace etc. Then OUT OF THE BLUE, when I went for the probation-half interview, they dismissed me based on a feedback from the team, which included that I'm too impulsive, trying to interpret the rules as recommendations and few 1-2 things that I don't remember. This was the most insincere and disgraceful behavior I've ever seen in my career since ca. 10 years. I don't blame the line manager, but if that was the real feedback from the team, then they're the most double-face people that I've ever seen.
