      Pros

      Good office environment with ample work space. Company always seeking new opportunities to increase their presence in the industry. Company has a friendly staff.

      Cons

      Policies and procedures are enforced in a way that restricts employees from having a greater impact on the company's business. Many projects are taken on without a full review of the size and difficulity to complete. Too much work that would be better to contract out is done internally with poor results.

      Pros

      Small company and colleagues are friendly. The atmosphere for working is OK! Location in Chu-bei which the transportation is OK and easy to park close to the city park lot (pay by yourself).

      Cons

      1.The salary is low. 2. No overtime pay. 3.No annual salary raise. 4.Only guarantee 12 months salary in one year. 5.Never had employee training.
