Pros

Pretty laid back. Generally decent people. The product and industry is quite interesting.

Cons

Toxic culture. I’ve never worked with so many unkind and passive aggressive people. Lack of innovation due to poor communication and management. Not much opportunity for progression. Management would prefer people to leave than to promote them. They lay people off out of the blue with poor explanation. Not a trustworthy company.

Creating a supportive, respectful and nurturing environment has always been our top priority and in a recent pulse survey, 81% of employees said they feel comfortable asking their teammates for help. There is always room for us to improve further, this work is never 'done'. Although there have been a small number of jobs we no longer need, our business has doubled in size in the last year. This fast growth is providing many new career opportunities and in the last year 30% of our team were promoted, which was huge. We're also introducing a new development approach this year to extend these benefits even wider. Your insights are something we take seriously, and we’re committed to learning from this. I recently completed a 10-week summer internship at Hyble, and I can confidently say it has been one of the most enriching and rewarding experiences of my career journey. From the outset, the support and guidance provided by the team were outstanding. The weekly “Hyble Huddles” were a standout feature, reinforcing the company's vision and fostering a collaborative environment that kept everyone motivated, and it was clear that strong relationships and team morale are integral to the company's success. Connecting with team members across various departments was also a highlight. Their diverse perspectives and advice were incredibly refreshing and inspiring. The emphasis on both analytical and creative thinking was particularly valuable, demonstrating how integrating these approaches can drive innovation and problem-solving: aspects that were clearly valued and celebrated at Hyble. Overall, my time at Hyble was marked by significant personal and professional growth. I felt welcomed, challenged, and supported throughout my internship. I highly recommend Hyble to anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.
