On social media, they pretend this is the best company in the universe

There is no job security in the company; they can fire anyone without any reason. It doesn't matter how hard you've worked in previous years; they simply say, 'Sorry, we changed our minds, and we cannot proceed with you.' It's quite frustrating

This is the best place that I have ever worked in my life. I have more than 8 years of working experience and have worked in many places in Asia and Europe. But hotelkit is the best place which provides the best working conditions. I have worked in multinational companies before but hotelkit gave me the best diversity experience. I have never felt that I am the minority here. hotelkit thinks about its staff and takes good care of them, not only in general but in mentally and physically, we have good snacks and food, yoga sessions, team building events, etc. I feel the vibe of happiness every time I enter the hotelkit, I hope you will feel that too one day.

There are no cons that I can say, I would they hotelkit pamper us too much. Also, I hope I can work full time here one day and give my full potential to hotelkit
