Pros
Due to Covid, everyone has been working from home. Really admire the leadership team and their transparency. They have a transformational style as opposed to a transactional one. Fairly flat structure. Despite colleagues working in various locations internationally, we are quite close and have successfully launched into 3 countries.
Cons
WFH can be a bit isolating Need more resourcing. There can be some long hours when needed.
