      Pros

      Flexible Working from home. A very diverse team, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. Flat hierarchy and not so difficult decision-making process. Office centrally located in at WeWork in Berlin making it easy to commute. Free lunches twice per week.

      Cons

      One needs to take into account that being a global company you have to adjust and be spontaneous in communicating with the team on either side of the continent (Berlin + US) other than that I think it's all about perspective and mindset on how to approach daily challenges at work but nothing outrageous.

      Pros

      I love the team! An exciting and international group of people who work really hard. It’s a super positive and fun vibe in the office, leadership is very positive and there’s a flexible vacation policy that’s awesome. It’s very resulta driven so no micro-managing and plenty of freedom to figure out how to be more productive, but plenty of support from the team if you need it.

      Cons

      Comms across multiple offices at times could be better.
