Horrendous place to work - avoid at all costs - General Manager heatons Employee Review

Managed by threats and fear, managed by people who prefer to belittle and bully rather than support and mentor. Not given enough staffing to adequately run a store, working hours in excess of 50 hrs a week but still the senior management are not happy. Watched on cameras and questioned by head office senior managers. More interested in how many cages of stock you've cleared rather than how many customers you've dealt with. Regional managers with terrible attitudes and very poor management skills. Do not work here, no matter how bad a situation you are in, you will regret it after a few months.
