Pros
To be Honest i cannot really think of any pro's for this company, except the staff that work there are hardworking and friendly (the Majority of them)
Cons
-No training provided when you join, i was told i would be given a training pack 7 months later it was still under construction by manager. So be prepared to go it alone and learn by yourself. -No processes, all SOPs and processes go out the window like a paper plane would. when theres a new study the wheel is re invented all the time. -management are not qualified to manage people, they make threats and if you decide to complain HR will never take support you. Your always the one to blame. -Massive blame culture so anyone working there please cover your back, as Management will find a scapegoat to blame even though they are not competent to do their job. -You will never get a pay rise, i asked my manager and she was unaware that a form existing (lies upon lies). The form has been available since the electronic drives where created. Hilarious. -no promotions are available in this company, Favoritism is rife, people get promoted due to knowing people. -Competencies are in-consist, never updated, completed. Staff that have less experience then you or on a lower pay grade have higher competencies. -Also if you want to get promoted you need to have a special relationship with upper management (readings can classify special relationships in any way you want) -Staff morale is awful people do not want to be there forced due to mortgages needing to be paid and bills needing to be paid. -Director and Management are not aware of low morale, crap pay. They actually believe they pay industry standard, they need to do some research. -Managers and director never know your name, they walk past you thinking that your their slaves. They still live in the medieval times. -Massive prep for internal and MHRA audits all the time as constantly being complained about. Finally the positive review posted on this website was done purposely, everyone is asked to write a positive review but no one actually volunteers except one.
