While the day-to-day environment is friendly and colleagues are incredibly supportive, there are significant structural challenges regarding management. We frequently experience micromanagement alongside a lack of clear organization and accountability from leadership. The teams carry the execution entirely, while managers often deflect responsibility. Establishing better structure and true managerial accountability would greatly improve operations.
