Pros

The company offers a wide variety of technologies, which can be beneficial for freshers or those looking to gain exposure to different tech stacks. Entry-level employees may find it a good starting point to learn and grow for the short term (1–2 years).

Cons

Extremely Poor Management: The work culture is highly micromanaged. I had to work under the worst manager I've ever encountered—unprofessional, controlling, and lacking basic leadership skills. Unrealistic Expectations: Employees are routinely given expert-level tasks with strict 8-hour estimations per day, despite spending 1–2 hours daily in meetings and dealing with unplanned tasks. If you can’t meet these deadlines, you're forced or threatened to continue working at night—regardless of your personal or health issues. Toxic Culture: Managers frequently assign new tasks before the current ones are finished, often without proper estimations. You're constantly monitored, and even casual conversations with colleagues are interrupted with pressure or more work. Lack of Respect and Empathy: Public shouting, backtalk, spying, and general disrespect are common. Promotions and WFH opportunities are based on personal bias, not merit. High Stress and Attrition: I've witnessed team members resign without backup jobs, others breaking down due to stress, and even some requiring medical support. Female employees were often seen crying due to the mental pressure. No Backfilling or Support: When people leave, there’s rarely a replacement. The remaining employees are simply assigned extra work, worsening the already toxic atmosphere. Inflexible and Rigid Schedule: Strict 8:30 to 5:30 hours, difficult leave policies, and no flexibility. Applying for leave often leads to a sudden increase in tasks, forcing people to work late just to take a day off. You will force to work weekends, holidays and at night as well. If you work whole the night and couldn't finish the task, you may not approve the leave and you have to come to the office and work in the same day. Below-Average Salary: Compensation is not competitive, especially given the mental and emotional toll of the job. Final Advice: Think twice before joining. It may look promising from the outside, but the internal environment is far from healthy. If you value mental peace, professionalism, and work-life balance, consider other options.

All the staff are so friendly. My supervisor assists me in improving all aspects of my work, including writing emails. It was fun at work, even though we work remotely; we play games most of the day after office hours. I had a very flexible work life at Hsenid.
