*WORST PLACE TO WORK* There's nothing good that I can mention here honestly. It's not about the company but it's about the one person who runs this company. The director of company will make your life hell working here. There's nothing organised here, all the rules & policies will be changed on the spot depending upon his mood. There will be different rules for different employees. Few Points you guys should look out before joining here :- 1- "It will be 5days working on paper but once you start working it will be compulsory 6 days working. And if you won't work on Saturday, your salary will be deducted or you will be forced to work on Sunday as well." 2- Your work will not be judged based on your closures/no.of joiners but it will be judged on how much calls you make in a day. 3- If you are working from home you'll be asked to turn on your video on laptop for the entire day. And if you are away from your work place even for 2mins then the company's Director will call you and tell you that how you are useless for his company 4- YOU WILL HAVE TO CONSTANTLY BEG FOR YOUR SALARY. Salary will not be credited on the promised date in offer letter. 5- You'll get a feeling of being in a school where you have to do each and every thing only after taking permission from the company Director. 6- Your incentives will not be paid to you every month. He will say that i will give you in the next quarter but YOU WILL NOT GET IT AT ALL 7- NO FESTIVAL HOLIDAYS OR BANK HOLIDAY WILL BE GIVEN. Even if there's any holiday, you'll be asked to work if your target is not completed PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. YOU WILL BE TORTURED HERE. ALL THESE POINTS I HAVE MENTIONED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE **If you're not getting job, try hard for some other company but do not join here**
