      Unique product, helpful team, opportunity to make a difference and grow in my role, great work culture, very people-first environment.

      Cons

      There was a moment when the office sparkling water tap stopped working briefly, but this was quickly fixed so no complaints from me!

      Great training. Great Opportunity. Fair Company. Great Benefits. Couldn't ask for more. If you work hard and commit to GRENKE then you will have your opportunity. If sales is in your blood or think it might be then GRENKE is great!

      Training was decent, and I learned a lot.

      Cons

      -Micromanagement -Unreasonable expectations for a startup in the United States -Very selective of who they want to partner with even when the firm in the United States was very small -Most people never want to talk about leasing, but 8-10 meetings a week was expected when the firm was only focusing on one state at a time.
