Pros

Open communication Fascinating subject matter Ability to make an impact High standards Culture of celebration Autonomy Unlimited PTO/flex time Hybrid environment Growth & advancement opportunities Transparency Tight-knit team Inspiring management

Cons

(Not cons but caveats) If you’re looking for somewhere to cruise, this is not the place for you. This is a fast-paced environment and autonomy comes with high expectations of ownership. There is not a lot of training; successful people need to be comfortable making mistakes while learning on the job and receiving feedback afterwards. The subject matter is technical and might break your brain if you’re not into the TV show How It’s Made. Get ready to get vulnerable about your strengths and weaknesses/growth opportunities. (I love all these things, but it’s not for everyone!) Team members who are not a fit are quickly helped onto the next chapter of their journey for the good of both parties.

Pros

Great Place to Start Great Place to Learn Agency Speed Great Place to Learn from Others Great Atmosphere

Cons

Over the many years here, there have been a handful of things: - Leadership needs to put more effort in their top performing employees and into the work life balance overall - The agency has completely shifted from the values it use to uphold that made it a great place to work - If you want to be burnt out quick, be a designer here as they are not putting their value in this team at the moment - There are some deep divides between teams - Company shifts its vision every 6months making it hard to know the projection of the agency
