Recent cutbacks cost some jobs. The company is facing AI disruption, but coming back strong by emphasizing learning in the flow of work, using AI wisely, and selling its depth of knowledge based on impeccable sources and trusted accuracy.

The best part of working here are the people. The attrition rate is very low and about 90% of people have been here for over 5 years and some have been here for over 15 years.

Can't say anything bad because I love it here.
