      Pros

      The pay was good for untrained individuals the area if you meet your quota.

      Cons

      The morning shifts are hard to get and it's not for everybody. I didn't have to make calls but most of the calls I received were from people who wanted to know why their cell phone was turned off. It can get stressful. It just depends on your personality.

      Pros

      They work with your schedule I loved that I didn’t work Saturday and Sunday and the pay was really good. 13 for answering calls, loved it.

      Cons

      Very stressful, if you don’t have good rates you get in trouble but if you are a fast learner and kind you will be good
