      Pros

      FullBottle is a unique company with a unique group of people. A never say die bunch who do what it takes to make FullBottle successful. What I love most about FullBottle is the company culture that is set up around individual growth. Everyone is pushed to always be improving. The people of the company are clearly the most valued asset. Hard work is always acknowledged and praised.

      Cons

      Thrash. This is a start up company that is doing something never been done before. That is exciting for some but frighting to others. Many times we are figuring out the business as we go and job descriptions change to adjust. Seat belts and helmets are recommended. It is not for everyone but a great ride for those who can handle it.

      Pros

      Every day I am humbled by the talent at FullBottle. As our team embarks on this venture we continually face new challenges that we must overcome together. And "together" is exactly how we do this. Everyone's opinion is valued; from the newest at the company to those who helped launch this endeavor. The opportunities for growth are remarkable as team members are encouraged to take calculated risks. All in all, my time with FullBottle has been an amazingly enriching experience and I look forward to the future with this exciting team.

      Cons

      It's a small team so we all wear a lot of different hats. Some like me might view that as a pro....but I think another reviewer mentioned that this is a start-up and not for the faint of heart. Also a true statement....but again....is that a pro or a con?
