Pros
HR is amazing and very supportive. Head of People and Office Manager are both incredible.
Support Team, Finance Team and Warehouse Team are all unsung heros. The business could not work without these people.
Free parking at the current office.
Flexible working / Hybrid working to support working parents.
Variety of free food, drinks, etc is great.
Monthly company gatherings to communicate as a business.
Cons
Underpaid / Undervalued.
Unless you are client facing and your time is chargeable to a client, your role is considered to be less important, therefore underpaid.
If you are client facing, you are over worked and under paid. Salaries are discussed in the office between peers, therefore you end up finding out you are paid less than another person on the same team as you, in a more junior role.
CEO is very approachable, however other board members are less approachable. Bit of a boys club culture. 2 female directors are awesome.
FD gets involved in too much, without any knowledge.
Moving offices to city centre with not much flexibility on office hours.
One rule for one person, one rule for another - no consistency in policies or rules.
Gen Z is taking over the business, not very professional in the office. Picture school girls giggling 24-7.
Production team are great, great bunch of people.
Staff turnover is high! More than 50% of the business leave each year.
No bonus paid as they haven't hit any targets last year.
Claim to be 'global brand agency' however they deliver basic conferences.
Allow bullying in the workplace, just because clients love this person apparently its ok. Using the words Autistic and calling out people on their sexuality in the office is not ok and should be classed as gross misconduct.
