      Great incentives for meeting/exceeding sales goals. Laid back work environment. Great opportunities for retail growth.

      Cons

      My particular senior manager often came off as incompetent, rude, and unpleasant. Inconsistencies between regional policies often affected communication between stores, regions, and corporate.

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
