      no public bathroom, small space, cute earrings

      Cons

      Didn't like manager who would take long smoke breaks but wouldn't let you lean on counter WEIRD policies about making it feel cozy - make you awkwardly barrage customers with strange comments/questions Has vibe of "we're not work, we're family - but that means we expect submission from you but you must be obedient to us"

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
