      Pros

      Working at Francesca's was one of my first real jobs. I enjoyed my manger and believed she did an amazing job training me. My co-workers were very friendly and always worked very hard. The whole team developed a strong bond and I would recommend this job to any college or high school student. They were very flexible with my hours and allowed me to take time off when needed.

      Cons

      I would say the biggest con was there was not enough people working. We were always looking for new hires. Management would ask us to pick up shifts often due to short staff.

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
