Small staff...boutique manager left alone often to do most work. Very hard work/life balance. Low pay creates hgh turnover rate. Hard to find qualified lead positions for the pay. Management salary very low compared to other retailers. Not enough hours given to be efficient and effective with operations and service. Selling module is forced and over the top....can become a pushy sales environment that does come across to guests as a turn off.
