      Really cute product. Fun to work with customers. Local level management is great.

      Cons

      Recently cut bonuses. Expected to do a lot of work for less pay. Communication with upper level management is awful. Do not promote from within.

      Flexibility, great community, growth opportunities, supportive executives

      Cons

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.
