      Willing to help you move up with the company. not commisioned based but strives on sales skills. Very hands on in creativity

      Cons

      Lower pay. I work in a higher tier store and it is a small space with a lot of traffic and very little space for back stocking.

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
