Compensation for promotion increased by 1.50$, staff meetings were always interesting
Cons
Benefits for incentive pay was eliminated sometime in 2014, the leadership training is very minimal, the hierarchy is ridiculous and often the regional managers know nothing of the business a store should be getting in relation to the location, the ethical values of employees should be questioned more upon hire (I had a manager who would let employees take merchandise home on a pay later basis, also allowed drugs taken during work hours on the premises, etc)
