District managers are unprofessional, stores are under-supported, high turn-over rate. Some stores will go months without a store manager and no real action is taken to fill open positions. Bonuses for all levels of employees got taken away. Half the time the employee discount is equal to or less than promotions. Upper management will take advantage of you, and the pay is hardly worth it.
