Pros
I love my job at Francesca's because I get to make people happy every day. I get the chance to help customers pick out dresses for Homecomings, Dates, Engagement Pictures, Vow Renewals, you name it. It's definitely challenging, but I love my coworkers and we always have so much fun when we're working. No drama at my store; we all get along and we sell so well together. I have never had a part-time job that I've loved more than this one.
Cons
The only con is the way the company has started treating Boutique Associates. They aren't allowed to be in the store alone any more, they can't check other employees' bags when they leave, etc. BAs are treated like we're not very well-trained, when at my store, we are!
