      Easy scheduled hours for a managing retail job.

      Company is trying to grow too fast opening new boutiques and not giving new boutiques the adequate attention before moving on to the next.

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
