      Pros

      The company flourishes off of your creativity and what you can contribute to the boutique. They push that you have a good flare for pairing colors and patterns. Good communication throughout the local stores. Good contact with DM/RM. Highly recommend a very outgoing personality and superior customer service to really stand out here.

      Cons

      The company is starting to change to into big corporation which comes with many changes that customers, associates and manager may find hard to get accustom to.

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
