      Pros

      People friendly environment, doesn't interfere with your time outside of work, you have more of a chance to show off your fashion abilities, gives you a chance to do more things besides just work the cashier.

      Cons

      Sometimes upper management popping in and out unexpected can be a pain, time off is minimal

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
