      Great discount, freedom to change visuals to impact business, great bonus structure for management, great fashion environment

      Little to no support from upper management, DM's are unprofessional, PTO was hard to get approved

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
