      Pros

      Carries a lot of great product and really allows you to have freedom with the store visuals. Great discount for upper management and a lot of freedom with scheduling.

      Cons

      Little to no support from upper management. Constant and immediate changes all the time with barely any notice. Unrealistic sales goals with close to no incentive especially for low level employees.

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
