Pros
Small family like environment. Decent discount. Most customers are fun. Work day goes by fast because there is always something to do
Cons
Constantly changing promotions that they often do not give adequate time for set up. Terrible pay. Discount is different for managers than rest of staff. No room for growth. And when you discuss interest in moving up they don't give you constrictive feedback.
