      Corporate makes working miserable, the only rule is nothing will stay the same, work environment dependent upon Boutique Manager, generally paid less than other retail jobs

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
