No direction from Upper Management. I would call & email her & it would take her 2 weeks to get back to me, if ever. No support when Associates are breaking policy, no feedback/communication when you have an issue in your store. From a seasonal associate up to manager, pay is not competitive. It was impossible to keep decent associates, and I couldn't blame them for leaving.
