Pros
Great discount, they have several vendors which gives customers several style options for merchandise
Cons
Low pay, poor management, you put in so much work, but receive very low pay. Management would make you clock out, so you didn't have overtime and would continue to make you work. Doesn't allow you to grow with the company.
