      Pros

      A fun, small staff. Definitely feels like family. Company is very adamant about promoting internally and you get to know your superiors very well.

      Cons

      The pay is below standard in comparison to competitors and the discount isn't the best considering a lot of discounts for guests are just as good as the employee discount.

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
