Fun work environment, close knit company & great discount.
Cons
Horrible pay, expectations are so high even though you only see your AM once every 4 months so it's hard to even know what your expectations are. Always the feeling that you are trying to catch up. Unreasonable deadlines and quick-draw promotions that make our customers think we're going out of business.
