      Pay structure is horrible, intense micromanaging by Operations leaders, catty Jr. High like environment. Professionals from HR, Accounting, IT, etc. will hate it.

      Flexibility, great community, growth opportunities, supportive executives

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.
