Pros
The atmosphere is uplifting. There aren't too many employees, so you aren't competing for hours. They promote within the company. Most of the customers are pleasant. It's small, so the clean up isn't too hard.
Cons
Since there are only a few employees there may be a little bit of drama, but it is to be expected.
