Lots of growing pains. Seems like corporate has no clue as to reality of the the actual stores. Lots of money dumped into useless things that dont help the store management. Too scripted in the promise instead of letting conversations happen naturally you are "redirected" to Francesca verbiage. No life work balance of you're a hard worker. Pay is WAY to low for expectations.
