None, management in IT does not even have basic A+ certifications, completely rude people with no respect for their peers pushed me into a career where I got an instant raise and credible company experience.
Cons
Under-qualified management, low pay, low raises, low benefits, low everything pretty much. I am not kidding DO NOT WORK HERE, MANAGEMENT WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE TO USE YOU AS A RESOURCE FOR THE COMPANY.
