Overworked & Underpaid Boutique Manager - Boutique Manager francesca's Employee Review

I opened the Boutuque that I was a Manager at, I worked 80 hours for 3 weeks. I didn't qualify for over time and I was being micro managed by my District Manager. I had no staff for one week! Plus she expected me to interview for other stores. I have never been so over worked in my life! They eventually let me go without any reason! Perhaps, I complained too much for them. I was so happy to leave!
