Pros
Francesca's is a great company and it's very grass roots so you are definitely an individual and not just a store number. The management listens to what you have to say and they take it to heart. It is really like a family and there is an amazing work/ life balance.
Cons
The pay is lower than all other retailers. Since the company is growing so rapidly they are experiencing some growing pains. There can be a lag in communication between the stores and the corporate offices. They also have some half baked policies and procedures so there is wiggle room which can be good and bad.
